By making payment and/or agreeing to written estimate you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Drew Handyman Service. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Definitions

Company: Drew Handyman Service.

Services: The handyman services provided by Drew Handyman Service, including but not limited to repairs, maintenance, and installations.

Client: Any individual or entity that engages the services of Drew Handyman Service.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Services

Scope of Services

Drew Handyman Service offers a wide range of handyman services. Specific details of the services to be provided will be outlined in a separate service agreement, work order, and or checklist. Complete home assessment is not for official use or records.

Availability

It is the responsibility of the client to book the time of the services once payment has been made. Monthly service hours expire at the end of every month. Services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Pricing and Payment

Estimates

All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time and are subject to change. Any additional work required that is not covered in the initial estimate will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding. All estimates will be null and void after 7 days unless agreed upon.

Hourly Rates

Normal working hours between 8am-5pm are at a rate of $100/hour. Hours outside of normal working hours 5pm-8am are at the rate of $150/hour.

Payment Terms

Hourly stand alone service- Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement or work order. Payments must be made in full upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Materials, parts, and supplies for repairs will be added to the cost and will be additional fee to the client.

Membership payments- Monthly payments must be made prior to commence of service. We reserve the right to change the price of services at anytime with the client having the option to cancel services if un-agreed upon price change. Materials, parts, and supplies for repairs are not covered in monthly charge and will be additional fee to the client.

Late Payments

Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the service agreement. Failure to pay within the agreed terms may result in the suspension of services.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling

Clients can reschedule their appointment without any penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may incur additional charges.

Liability and Warranty

Limitation of Liability

Drew Handyman Service is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services. Purchasing a plan or using Drew Handyman Service does not guarantee that a home (structural, internal, external, appliances, etc.) will be free from any issues that may require major or costly repairs.

Warranty

We offer a warranty on our workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of service completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover materials, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse or neglect.

Client Responsibilities

Access

Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the premises where the services are to be performed. Any delays caused by the client’s failure to provide access may result in additional charges or lost time of service agreement. Client is also responsible to provide power and or water in order for service to be provided. Clients must provide adequate room/work space for services to be performed. 

Permits and Approvals

Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals required for the work to be performed.

Confidentiality

Drew Handyman service respects your privacy and will keep all information provided by the client confidential, except where required by law.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
